Hearing - Committee of the Whole - Charter Amendement (File No. 181001) - Free City College Fund - December 11, 2018

Hearing of the Board of Supervisors to sit as a Committee of the Whole on December 11, 2018, to hold a public hearing to consider the proposed Charter Amendment (File No. 181001) to establish the Free City College Fund to defray certain costs of City College students, and to require annual appropriations in designated amounts to the Fund; at an election to be held on November 5, 2019; scheduled pursuant to the approval of a motion made during the Board of Supervisors meeting of December 4, 2018.

Budget and Legislative Analyst Performance Audit - San Francisco Housing Authority and Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development

Motion directing the Budget and Legislative Analyst to conduct a performance audit of the San Francisco Housing Authority’s reported financial shortfall that includes a prospective analysis of the City’s assumption of all responsibilities for the San Francisco Housing Authority’s essential functions, including the role currently performed by the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development and related oversight.

Hearing - Release of Reserved Funds - Office of Economic and Workforce Development - Public Space Conservancy Project - $787,245

Hearing to consider the release of reserved funds to the Office of Economic and Workforce Development, placed on Budget and Finance Committee reserve by Ordinance No. 181-18, in the amount of $787,245 to fund the Public Space Conservancy project.

Hearing - Release of Reserved Funds - Office of the District Attorney - Independent Investigations Bureau - $1,354,333

Hearing to consider the release of reserved funds to the Office of the District Attorney, placed on Budget and Finance Committee reserve by Ordinance No. 181-18, in the amount of $1,354,333 to fund the Independent Investigations Bureau.
