Jerry Garcia Commemorative Plaques - Mission Street at Harrington and Amazon Streets

Ordinance commemorating the Mission Street sidewalk in two locations near Harrington Street and near Amazon Street under Public Works Code, Sections 789 et seq., the Commemorative Street Plaque Ordinance, in honor of the childhood homes of Jerry Garcia, waiving permit and inspection fees for plaque installation, and directing official acts in furtherance of this Ordinance.

Setting the 2016 Budget and Legislative Analyst Services Audit Plan

Motion directing the Budget and Legislative Analyst to conduct a performance audit of the City’s Real Estate Division in 2016.

Street Artist Spaces - Market Street, Drumm to Spear Streets

Resolution approving designation of four selling spaces on the north side of Market Street, Drumm to Spear Streets, for use by street artists certified by the Arts Commission of the City and County of San Francisco; and exempting said spaces from the regulations of Police Code, Section 2405, relating to street artist display size, distance from entrances, distance from crosswalks, and distance between artists’ displays.

Liquor License - 401 Van Ness Avenue

Resolution determining that the issuance of a Type 64 general theatre license to the San Francisco Opera Association located at 401 Van Ness (District 5), will serve the public convenience or necessity of City and County of San Francisco in accordance with California Business and Professions Code, Section 23958.4, and recommending that the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control impose conditions on the issuance of the license.
